1. Independent Travel Advisor Disclosure

VoyaLux Travel operates as an Independent Travel Advisor. We assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements through approved third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and transportation providers.

VoyaLux Travel does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures to provide services.

2. Supplier Responsibility

All travel services are provided by independent travel suppliers and are subject to each supplier’s individual terms, conditions, and policies. VoyaLux Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the supplier.

Clients acknowledge that:

• Travel suppliers are responsible for the delivery of services

• Pricing, availability, and policies are determined by suppliers

• VoyaLux Travel is not liable for supplier default, bankruptcy, schedule changes, or service disruptions

3. Payments

All payments are processed directly with travel suppliers using their secure payment systems.

VoyaLux Travel does not accept:

• Cash

• Checks

• Peer-to-peer payment apps (Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, etc.)

Clients must provide valid payment authorization to the supplier prior to booking.

4. Pricing & Accuracy

Travel prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid in full. Quotes are based on availability at the time of inquiry and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier.

VoyaLux Travel is not responsible for pricing errors caused by suppliers, system errors, or currency fluctuations.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All cancellations, changes, penalties, and refunds are governed by the individual supplier’s terms and conditions.

Clients understand that:

• Many bookings are non-refundable or carry penalties

• Refund timelines are controlled by suppliers

• VoyaLux Travel does not control refund processing once funds are submitted to the supplier

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

• Valid passports and visas

• Required vaccinations or health documentation

• Compliance with destination entry requirements

VoyaLux Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel interruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or interruptions. If travel insurance is declined, the client assumes full responsibility for any losses.

8. Client Conduct & Communication

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate traveler information

• Respond promptly to booking requests

• Review all confirmations and documents upon receipt

Failure to do clearly and timely may result in booking errors or additional fees for which the client is responsible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoyaLux Travel shall not be liable for:

• Acts or omissions of travel suppliers

• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions

• Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage during travel

• Force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions

10. Privacy

Client information is collected solely for the purpose of planning and booking travel and is handled responsibly in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information is shared only with suppliers as required to fulfill travel arrangements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which VoyaLux Travel operates.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel through VoyaLux Travel, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the terms of all applicable travel suppliers.
